Water Damage Mitigation:
We would like to offer you an opportunity to lower your loss ratio and improve the service you provide to your insureds. We are offering a training program designed to educate you and your staff on how to reduce the size of many of your property losses. It’s called loss mitigation. Read More!
Smoke and Odor Mitigation:
Your insureds are not trained to think about things such as acid damage from smoke. If they experience a complex fire (where synthetic material is burned such as plastic) they have no idea that corrosive gases are created. Those gases can cause major secondary damage when left untreated for just a few days or even hours. Read More!
Mold Damage Mitigation:
How can a subject that’s smaller than dust and as old as dirt become so popular in such a short period of time? Articles in the Sunday Oregonian, People Magazine, and on prime time television, such as 48 Hours, have all participated in the rapid growth of this old subject. Enroll here!
Ethics:
If you don’t live it, you don’t believe it.” Marion Wade, Founder of ServiceMaster .
This course is a practical look at ethical decision-making. Instead of relying on a “gut-feeling”, the process contained in this program takes the decision maker through several filters which ensure that all parties affected by a decision will be considered. Through examination of current events, group activities and case studies, participants will be given a working definition of ethics. They will also be introduced to the philosophy behind ethics and the framework for ethical decision-making. Overall this course will teach participants to use a process that will help them make better ethical decisions. Enroll here!
Oregon Law (3 credits):
This course focuses on Oregon Law. Enroll here!
National Flood Insurance Program:
This is an introductory course in flood insurance and satisfies the minimum training and education requirements of section 207 of the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004 for all insurance producers who sell flood insurance policies. Enroll here!
