Water Damage Mitigation
We would like to offer you an
opportunity to lower your loss ratio and improve the service you
provide to your insureds. We are offering a training program
designed to educate you and your staff on how to reduce the size of
many of your property losses. It’s called loss mitigation.
Your insureds are not trained
to think about things such as water migration. They don’t understand
how gravity and capillary action cause water to spread rapidly into
non affected areas. When left untreated for even a short time, the
loss worsens, the costs go up and you stand a chance of the insured
experiencing more problems than necessary. What we need to do is
STOP THE LOSS BEFORE THINGS GET WORSE. This doesn’t just apply to
water damage, but most property losses.
If a mitigation specialist is
sent out in less than 24 hours, many dollars can be saved. These
people are trained to stabilize the damage and keep it from becoming
worse. The result is less damage, lower cost, improved loss ratios,
and satisfied customers. |

Smoke and Odor Mitigation
Your insureds are not trained
to think about things such as acid damage from smoke. If they
experience a complex fire (where synthetic material is burned such
as plastic) they have no idea that corrosive gases are created.
Those gases can cause major secondary damage when left untreated for
just a few days or even hours. |

Mold Remediation
How can a subject that’s
smaller than dust and as old as dirt become so popular in such a
short period of time?
Articles in the Sunday
Oregonian, People magazine, and prime time TV, such as 48 Hours,
have all participated in the rapid growth of this old subject. |

Testimonial
"... I had originally planned
on writing a very nice long letter to all of the State Farm offices
associated with this claim to let them know how very pleased Scott
and I were with the way "our little disaster" was being dealt with
by all of you. Towards the end of the clean-up, however, after
talking with at least two of the State Farm's claims offices, plus
our main agent, Jim Weaver, I found that writing a letter to them
would not be necessary. When I was asked by all of these State
Farm representatives how our claim was being handled, I told them
all in great detail what a great gentleman you were, how
organized and efficient you were, how you kept in constant touch
with us in regards to your crew and what a great job your whole crew
did in cleaning our entire house! These representatives
were glad to hear that we were pleased, however, they did tell me
that they had ALL previously heard wonderful things about your
company, and how efficient you were. ..."
