I had originally planned on writing a very nice long letter to all of the State Farm offices associated with this claim to let them know how very pleased Scott and I were with the way "our little disaster" was being dealt with by all of you.  Towards the end of the clean-up, however, after talking with at least two of the State Farm's claims offices, plus our main agent, Jim Weaver, I found that writing a letter to them would not be necessary.  When I was asked by all of these State Farm representatives how our claim was being handled, I told them all in great detail what  a great gentleman you were, how organized and efficient you were, how you kept in constant touch with us in regards to your crew and what a great job your whole crew did in cleaning our entire house!   These representatives were glad to hear that we were pleased, however, they did tell me that they had ALL previously heard wonderful things about your company, and how efficient you were. ..."
